Get some data€¦set up clinics for monitoring such as spirometry checks etc€¦  the gov has just announced some sought of monitoring of this community for the next 20 yrs to assess the community health, act on it and aIDress all its problems.
they are already implementing it and doing spirometry for persons living within the radius of the fires at the mines. you have been going through patients notes each day and flagging those whose aIDress is in these areas. the doctor then asks if they want to be part of the initiative and be monitored. RESEARCH MORE ON ASSISTING THE NEED.
the clinic gets extra pay for being part of it at the primary care end€¦they then get results and put in place education, treatment etc€¦ for better respiratory outcomes.
