·         A brief 1- to 2-page paper which contains the following:

o    An explanation of the change model or theory used and a rationale as to why the model or theory was chosen.

o    An explanation of the research-based recommendations you would make to improve the effectiveness of the change management and process.

o    A reflection on what you believe are the advantages, limitations, or both of using the identified change model to guide change.

o    A discussion on how this change process connects to Walden’s mission for social change.

Cite a minimum of 5 to 8 relevant, research-based, scholarly resources to substantiate your thinking.
