Zelda describes herself as “extremely” neat. She works in a shared office space and she is careful to keep her area organized and clean. When friends visit, they often compliment Zelda on how organized the space is and they ask her to organize their homes. Zelda has considered starting her own professional organizing business. But sometimes she feels anxious because she thinks she is too rigid about being neat and she would like to be more relaxed. She remembers being this way from childhood. Zelda’s mother wanted Zelda to be toilet-trained at a young age because she found the process of changing diapers to be dirty.
